Job Overview:
We’re a Sydney-based CRM and Klaviyo marketing agency looking for a dedicated Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone eager to grow, learn, and take ownership of impactful email marketing campaigns for e-commerce clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage Klaviyo flows, campaigns, segments, and automations

Develop and optimise email strategies based on client goals

Create reports and interpret data to improve email performance

Work with our team to brainstorm and execute CRM strategies

Stay up to date with email marketing best practices

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Klaviyo and email marketing

Understanding of CRM systems and customer segmentation

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and techniques

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Bonus: Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
