As an HR Coordinator/Specialist with a focus on home care or healthcare recruitment and eCommerce, your role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent in a fast-paced environment. You will bridge the gap between recruitment efforts and the specific needs of the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the healthcare sector.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify suitable candidates for healthcare roles.
- Onboarding & Training
- Facilitate comprehensive onboarding processes that introduce new hires to company culture and expectations.
- Collaborate with department heads to create training programs specific to healthcare regulations and practices.
- Compliance Management
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with industry regulations, including licensing and certifications specific to healthcare roles.
- Maintain accurate records of all applicant documentation and background checks.
- Employee Engagement & Retention
- Develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention rates.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee morale and address concerns.
E-commerce Integration
- Understanding the Intersection of Healthcare & eCommerce
- Leverage eCommerce tools and platforms to enhance the recruitment process, such as applicant tracking systems and HR management software.
- Implement strategies that utilize data analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness and workforce trends.
Qualifications
- Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, specifically within home care or healthcare recruitment.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and tools that can streamline HR processes.
- Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships across various departments.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
