PACHA is a small, fast-growing food brand based in California. We make gluten-free, organic bread from sprouted buckwheat, and we care deeply about people and the planet. We ship nationwide, sell in Whole Foods stores, and release exciting seasonal flavors that often sell out within hours.

We’re a small but mighty team—and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to help support daily operations and bring your problem-solving skills to our mission.

ABOUT YOU

You are:
? Detail-oriented (you double- and triple-check your work)
? Proactive and self-managed (you don’t wait to be told what to do)
? Tech-savvy (you love streamlining workflows and testing tools)
? Honest, dependable, and a good communicator

You have:
???? Experience with Shopify and e-commerce operations
????? Strong organizational skills (you’ve built SOPs, trackers, or macros)
???? Excellent written English and customer service skills
???? Ability to stay on top of multiple projects and priorities

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Update product pages on Shopify for special releases and occasional updates
- Coordinate influencer and PR sample shipments
- Check canceled subscriptions and pause related orders
- Answer customer service emails (1 day per week)
- Research tools and build internal systems or automations
