Email Copywriter (Ecommerce) for Agency

We're Hiring a Full-Time eCommerce Email Copywriter (Klaviyo / DTC Brands)

Hey there! We're looking for a full-time eCommerce email copywriter to join our fast-growing Email & SMS Agency. We work with DTC brands and specialize in retention marketing through Klaviyo.

You’ll be responsible for writing high-converting email copy for both flows and campaigns. This includes reviewing brand guidelines, conducting market and competitor research, and crafting compelling copy that speaks directly to each brand’s unique audience.

You must understand key eCommerce flows like welcome series, abandoned checkout, post-purchase, winback, etc. We’re only looking for EXCELLENT copywriters who know how to write for conversions—not just cute words.

Requirements:

Strong grasp of DTC/eCommerce email marketing

Fluent in Klaviyo flow strategy and campaign content structure

Ability to write sharp, persuasive, on-brand copy quickly

Familiar with audience segmentation and personalization

Able to collaborate with designers to match copy with visual elements
