Key Responsibilities

- Be a strategic partner to the founder: help keep him organized, focused, and aligned with priorities
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and accountability on daily goals
- Build easy-to-follow systems and SOPs to simplify workflows
- Create AI prompts for the team to automate and streamline tasks
- Research and present creative solutions and opportunities
- Participate in business decisions and help manage freelancers or support roles
- Collaborate via video chat, problem-solve together, and actively share feedback and ideas

What We’re Looking For

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
- Curious, quick to learn, and confident in figuring things out
- Reliable, professional, and thrives working in a team
- Emotionally intelligent, honest, and unafraid to speak up once trust is built
- Open to using AI tools like ChatGPT to boost productivity and creativity

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have):

- Experience with book writing, editing, or publishing
- Amazon/KDP or self-publishing knowledge
- Prompt engineering or AI tool experience
- Graphic design or branding
- Productivity or project management tools (e.g. Asana, Notion)
- Digital marketing or web development knowledge
