Part-Time VA with Appointment Setting Experience + Team Oversight

We’re a UK-based marketing agency working with a variety of industries—ranging from restaurants and luxury brands to local businesses and niche service providers. We’re hiring a part-time VA to oversee two existing appointment setters, ensure outreach quality, track results, and help us improve lead generation across different sectors.

You will:

Monitor setter performance daily (reply rate, bookings, quality of outreach)

Track and update KPI spreadsheets

Check on follow-ups and make sure warm leads are re-contacted

Give basic guidance to the team and report back to the owner

Occasionally assist with light outreach if needed

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills

Prior experience in appointment setting or lead generation

Confident using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Calendly, and basic CRMs

Proactive mindset—no micromanagement needed

Able to work 2–3 hours/day during UK daytime hours
