Customer Support - Homebased

Responsibilities:
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions
Suggest information about other products and services
Resolve product problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
Determine the cause of the problem
Selecting and explain the best solution to solve the problem
Expediting correction or adjustment
Follow up to ensure resolution
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder or relevant work experience equivalent
Computer savvy
MS office proficient
Working knowledge of customer handling and support

Analytical skills - must be able to look at their work and review for errors. Must be extremely organized with close attention to detail
Communication and collaboration skills - must communicate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to control customer and team expectations
Creativity - must be able to develop effective communication tools and/or reports that can easily be understood to keep the operations and customer support team updated
Proactive - must be able to see potential problems before they arise
Time-management skills - must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time, each with a different deadline
Independent and Reliable - must be able to take a project from start to finish without much intervention
Adaptability -- must be able to keep up with growth of fast-growing company
Responsible - must take ownership of their own work
Dedicated and loyal - This is a full-time long-term position. Outside work is discouraged but not prohibited. The person filling this position is not allowed to take outside work or freelance work without expressed permission from the company.
