Full-Time Customer Service Representative (Remote)

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team! If you have strong written English skills, love helping customers, and are looking for a long-term, full-time opportunity — we’d love to hear from you!

Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Must be available to work US CST hours

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer emails
Provide accurate shipping updates
Edit and manage orders using ShipBob
Process refunds and send out replacements
Support other customer-related tasks as needed

Requirements:
Excellent written English communication
Prior experience in customer service
Familiarity with Gorgias and Shopify is a big plus
Own device (laptop/PC with at least Core i5 or higher)
Fast and reliable internet connection
Can commit to full-time, long-term work
