Podcast Video Editor + Social Clip Creator

I’m looking for a creative, reliable editor to join The Pickup Line — a new podcast about single motherhood, dating, and thriving as a Black woman. We’re building something special, and I need someone to help bring each episode to life visually and digitally.

What you'll do:

Edit 1 full podcast episode per week for YouTube (video/audio polish)

Cut 10–12 short vertical clips per episode for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Write and upload episode descriptions for YouTube and Buzzsprout each week (With Timestamps & Optimized for SEO)

Add captions, and light branding to all clips

Turn around edits within 3 days of receiving footage

Ideal if you:

Know how to cut for social (hooks, captions, pacing)

Have podcast editing experience or strong examples of social-first storytelling

Can write clean, catchy descriptions that reflect the tone of the show

Are organized, communicative, and easy to work with

This is a paid freelance role with long-term potential.
