Adhoc Tech VA

The Adhoc Tech VA is responsible for growing the company brand and visibility through digital marketing, advertisements, maintaining websites, and building funnels

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a highly skilled, reliable, and creative Tech VA who can jump in on an adhoc basis and support our internal team and clients with all things GoHighLevel (GHL), Shopify, and image and video editing (using Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms). You’ll also help turn our content into viral, branded assets and support the maintenance of our own Shopify store.
This is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, tech tools, and content repurposing—and who’s happy to support on both internal and client-facing tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Tech Support + Client Sessions
Troubleshoot and support GoHighLevel and Shopify issues for internal team and clients
Deliver short 30-minute tech support sessions for clients as needed (we’ll schedule them in)
Set up automations, workflows, tagging, pipelines in GHL
Maintain and manage Shopify product listings, collections, checkout flows, and analytics
Content Creation & Editing
Edit long-form content into short, snappy videos for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
Use CapCut or similar to create trendy, on-brand short-form videos
Use Canva or similar to create trendy, on-brand images
Add captions, transitions, viral hooks, and storytelling style aligned with our brand voice
Repurpose existing videos, training, or lives into new content
Follow brand guidelines to keep content visually cohesive
General Tech + Admin Tasks
Update Shopify store as needed (seasonal launches, new products, etc.)
Keep a systemised bank of edited content for future use
Help with adhoc tech requests as they arise
Skills & Experience Required:
Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel (workflows, automations, triggers, campaigns)
Solid experience with Shopify setup, customisation, and maintenance
Proficient in CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools
Proficient in Canva or image editing tools
Strong understanding of viral content formats and hooks
Experience supporting clients directly via Zoom or similar platforms
Super organised, fast worker, attention to detail
A good eye for aesthetics and content flow
Ability to follow brand guidelines and deliver content that matches our tone and visual identity
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
