Lead Generation Manager (Real Estate — Long-Term Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-managing Virtual Assistant to become our Elite Lead Generation Manager.

You will be responsible for:

Managing motivated seller leads.

Running texting and calling campaigns.

Managing data and marketing tasks.

Reporting qualified leads daily.


This is a full-time, long-term role with bonuses — no micromanaging.

Requirements

2+ years as a Real Estate VA or cold caller.

Strong spoken & written English.

Comfortable with CRMs and dialing/texting software (REISift & Kixie — training provided).

Must be reliable, self-managing, and detail-oriented.

Bonus: Experience with skiptracing, data management, and direct mail.

Pay & Bonus

$5/hour base pay ($800/month full-time).

$25 bonus per qualified lead (8–12 leads/month expected).

Monthly total income potential: $1000-$1100 USD.
