Hellamaid, one of Canada’s leading home cleaning services, is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented VA who’s skilled in WordPress and Elementor to help us build and publish optimized landing pages across our growing U.S. and Canadian markets.

This is a task-oriented role, perfect for someone who’s comfortable building out city and service pages using pre-designed templates, inputting SEO metadata, organizing content sections, and ensuring consistency across dozens (eventually hundreds) of localized pages.

What You’ll Do:
Build Local Landing Pages Using Elementor
- Use our existing Elementor templates to build out pages for cities, suburbs, and services
- Add images, videos, copy, and icons to match our standard layout
- Format headings, spacing, and content blocks properly for mobile and desktop

Apply SEO On-Page Best Practices
- Add SEO titles and meta descriptions via Yoast
- Insert image alt text and optimize headings (H1, H2, etc.)
- Interlink pages with others in the same region or category

Upload and Organize Content
- Upload blog content, cleaning checklists, and media using our SOPs
- Ensure proper formatting, consistent styles, and strong UX

Maintain Page Quality
- Check for broken links, typos, misaligned sections, or responsive issues
- Follow our brand guidelines and work closely with our designer and SEO team

What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year experience working with WordPress + Elementor
- Strong attention to detail (no sloppy formatting, broken layouts, or missing SEO fields)
- Understanding of basic SEO best practices (you don’t need to be an expert, just organized)
- Familiar with Google Docs, Trello, and screen recording tools like Loom
- Able to follow SOPs, checklists, and complete tasks on time
