Summary
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Project Manager ( you work for us only no freelancing other jobs ) to oversee our project from inception to completion then long term operations manager . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing diverse teams and driving projects to success. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Your Role:
Manage our operations and team using ClickUp

Coordinate projects across multiple departments (sales, IRA, marketing, automation, etc.)

Assign tasks to VAs, freelancers, and tea ---------- mbers

Track progress and report directly to the CEO

Work with our automation lead (Javier) to implement ---------- workflows

Help build systems, SOPs, dashboards, and reporting inside ClickUp

Handle communication between web devs, sales reps, and freelancers

Help launch and manage marketing campaigns, product listings, and CRM follow-ups

Assist in hiring and onboarding new VAs

*********You Must Have:************

Proven experience managing ClickUp or a similar project management tool

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Experience managing virtual teams and coordinating across time zones

Ability to work independently and stay organized

Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Slack, ---------- , or Zapier

Have eCommerce, CRM, or digital marketing experience

Have worked in a startup or high-growth environment

Understand AI tools like ChatGPT, Synthesia, etc.
