Virtual Assistant – Social Media, Marketing, & Automation Support

Recreate Climbing and Fitness is not your average gym—we’re a high-energy, community-driven business in Butte, Montana. We operate two locations: a functional fitness gym and a bouldering climbing gym. Our mission is to help people live bold, adventurous, strong lives through connection and movement.
We’re growing fast and need an all-star Virtual Assistant to support our marketing, social media, and CRM automation efforts.

What You’ll Do

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATION
Schedule and post content on Instagram and Facebook using brand templates (Canva provided)
Caption writing and hashtag research
Engage with followers (likes, comments, basic DMs) in brand voice
Help manage Google My Business listing: posts, reviews, photo updates

MARKETING & CAMPAIGNS
Help coordinate seasonal campaigns (events, challenges, new programs)
Draft email and SMS campaigns for approval using PushPress Grow
Track and report marketing performance metrics weekly

AUTOMATION & TECH SUPPORT
Assist with setting up and maintaining PushPress Grow workflows (automation for email/SMS follow-ups with gym leads and members)
Help organize client segments, tags, and workflow triggers
Troubleshoot simple errors and flag complex issues to owner

VIDEO EDITING & CREATIVE MEDIA
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube
Create basic promotional video content for ads and social stories
Add branded elements like text overlays, music, transitions, etc.

You communicate clearly and promptly, even when issues arise
You make our marketing feel fun, aligned, and results-driven—with minimal hand-holding

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience managing Instagram, Facebook Pages, and Google Business Profiles
Canva and/or basic graphic design skills

Email and SMS marketing experience (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, PushPress Grow, or similar)
Comfortable learning software tools and troubleshooting (especially CRMs or automation platforms)
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude—no waiting to be told what to do
Video editing experience using tools like CapCut, iMovie, Canva, or similar

Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with fitness or climbing brands
Familiarity with PushPress (especially Grow)
Knowledge of SMS/email automation workflows
Advanced video editing for Reels, YouTube ads, or paid social campaigns
