JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Go High Level (GHL) Automation Specialist with a strong background in the credit repair industry. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-performance team where your skills will directly impact client success and business growth.

About the Role
You will play a key role in building, optimizing, and managing automations, workflows, and integrations inside GHL for our credit repair operations. This includes connecting external websites, integrating credit repair software (such as DisputeFox or CRC) via Zapier, and enhancing client engagement using chatbots and advanced automations.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage complex workflows and automations inside Go High Level.

Create, configure, and optimize chatbots for lead nurturing and client communication.

Integrate GHL with websites that are NOT built inside GHL.

Set up and manage Zapier integrations to connect credit repair software platforms like Dispute Fox, CRC, etc.

Troubleshoot, test, and refine automations for precision and reliability.

Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for automation improvements and process efficiencies.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of hands-on Go High Level experience, specifically supporting credit repair businesses.

Proven experience working with Zapier integrations and CRM workflows.

Strong understanding of credit repair software platforms (Dispute Fox, CRC, etc.).

Ability to work fast, accurately, and independently while collaborating closely with the team.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful—able to problem-solve without hand-holding.
