Looking for a Sales Development Representative (B2B Cold Caller)

Are you a confident communicator who thrives on building meaningful connections? Do you excel at cold calling and enjoy working with high-end clients? We want you to join our growing team as a Sales Development Representative for a premium brand offering Italian-crafted luxury faucets and fixtures.
We specialize in sustainable, elegant products that serve the hospitality, multifamily development, and luxury residential markets across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic brand in a role that offers both challenge and growth potential.


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to procurement officers, designers, and key decision-makers in development and design.
- Re-engage cold leads or those who didn’t respond to initial outreach, reigniting interest and creating new opportunities.
- Handle objections with professionalism, clearly articulating the value of our exclusive products and brand.
- Schedule and confir ---------- etings with the CEO or senior tea ---------- mbers for discovery calls, ensuring accurate CRM documentation.
- Collaborate on script development and fine-tune approaches based on feedback and performance.
- Participate in weekly tea ---------- etings to review performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Keep CRM records organized and actionable to maintain an efficient sales process.
- Proactively qualify new leads based on relevance, job titles, roles, and projects that fit our target audience.


What We’re Looking For:

- Warm, confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Polished, persuasive, and personable—able to align with our high-end, design-focused brand.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (ideally with B2B).
- Strategic thinker who can refine outreach tactics, bring new ideas, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, able to manage follow-ups, track performance, and keep CRM records accurate without micromanagement.
- Comfortable navigating conversations with gatekeepers and speaking directly with senior executives.
- Quick to adapt, open to feedback, and willing to evolve with new goals and strategies.
- Technically reliable, with a solid home office setup, stable internet, strong audio/video quality, and proficiency with CRM and virtual communication tools.
- Consistent availability during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
