About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a talented, passionate, and creative Thumbnail Artist to craft eye-catching thumbnails for our dynamic live show, "Mornings in the Lab with Keith & Friends." Your designs will play a crucial role in grabbing attention, driving clicks, and boosting engagement across YouTube and various social media platforms.

You're a Great Fit If:

- You've got a proven track record of creating successful thumbnails, ideally for podcasts, live shows, or YouTube channels.
- You have strong graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
