The job responsibilities include promptly reaching out to all inbound appointments via phone and/or SMS to confirm attendance, reiterate the value of the call and set clear expectations, handle reschedule requests and update CRM records accordingly, identify and address common objections or no-shows patterns to improve overall show-up rate, collaborate with the sales and marketing team to tighten follow-up systems and increase conversion and track and report show-up metrics weekly.
