About Us
We are an innovative EdTech startup preparing to launch a unique PE Planning & Quality Assurance tool for primary schools in England. Our mission is to save teachers time, improve lesson quality, and make PE planning more engaging and inclusive.

We are seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with experience in app support, Replit-based projects, and content organisation to support our pre-launch phase and operational setup.

Role Summary
This is a remote, part-time role (10–30 hours per month), ideal for a skilled freelancer or VA with technical ability, Replit familiarity, and experience supporting software or app-based businesses. You will provide operational support, assist with activity data entry, help refine our app logic, and assist in preparing the app for market launch.

Key Responsibilities
Support the management, testing, and organisation of our Replit-based PE planning app.

Assist with app data updates, lesson plan entry, and content uploads.

Conduct basic testing, error checking, and ensure activity plans are formatted correctly in Excel/JSON and Replit.

Provide light research and competitor analysis support, particularly in the EdTech and PE sector.

Assist in preparing marketing and operational support documents.

Provide general VA support tasks including inbox management, light customer queries, and scheduling.

Proactively suggest improvements to workflows, processes, and user experience.
