About the Role:
LRE is seeking a self-motivated and sharp Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to help generate qualified home seller leads. You'll be the first point of contact in identifying motivated sellers and setting up listing appointments that help families take their next big step.
What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls to expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospects, and absentee owners
Use our scripts and checklist to qualify leads (not just book appointments—book the right ones)
Set appointments with homeowners who are ready to list within 30 days
Log calls, notes, and dispositions into our CRM (Follow Up Boss)
Join a daily morning mindset + roleplay huddle to sharpen skills and stay motivated
You’re a Fit If:
You're fluent in spoken English with a confident, friendly voice
You’re coachable, consistent, and not afraid to hear "no"
You enjoy solving problems and asking the right questions
You’re tech-savvy enough to handle a CRM, dialer, and scripts
You’re available Monday–Friday from 7:45 AM – 11:00 AM PST
Performance-Based Pay:
This is a commission-only role to start, with bonuses based on performance.
Base pay due to performance will start after 3 months of employment.
