Creative Virtual Assistant – Shopify, Canva, Reels, and Digital Product Creation

Job Overview:
Are you a creative and tech-savvy VA who can build Shopify stores, design digital products, and turn photos/videos into polished content? I’m looking for a long-term Creative Virtual Assistant who can bring my brand to life online.

You’ll help set up my Shopify store, design and upload digital products, edit reels for Facebook/TikTok, and support me with content creation. If you're organized, creative, and know how to turn raw content into digital gold—I want to work with you.

Job Type:
Part-time to Full-time (20–40 hours/week)
Flexible schedule | Long-term position | Work-from-home

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage Shopify store (themes, product listings, design tweaks)

Create & upload digital products (eBooks, checklists, templates, mockups)

Edit videos into Reels for Facebook and ---------- (transitions, captions, etc.)

Design content in Canva: reels covers, social posts, eBook covers, etc.

Organize files and content in Google Drive

Assist with content repurposing and light copy/paste tasks

Must-Have Skills:

Canva (required – must know how to design from scratch and use templates)

Shopify (you must know how to create a store, upload products, and edit themes)

Basic video editing tools like CapCut, VN, or InShot

Google Drive, Dropbox

Good written English for organizing product descriptions or simple captions

Bonus if you’ve worked with digital products (PDFs, lead magnets, courses)

Pay & Perks:

$4–$6/hour USD (based on experience)

Weekly pay via Wise or PayPal

13th-month bonus after 6 months
