JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and processing of insurance quotes and policy renewals.

Enter and maintain client information in Broker Management Systems (e.g., Applied Epic, Vertafore).

Generate Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other policy documents.

Communicate with clients and insurers via email and phone to gather necessary information.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Prior experience in insurance administration or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with insurance software systems is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
