Remote Architectural Drafter (AutoCAD/Revit)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.

Revise drawings based on feedback and redlines from architects and engineers.

Maintain organized project files and documentation.


Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of SketchUp or BIM 360 is a plus.

Familiarity with North American building codes (e.g., IBC, OBC) is advantageous.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
