Klaviyo Email Marketing Designer (Conversion-Focused)

Are you a Klaviyo expert who knows how to design emails that sell? We’re looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing Designer with proven experience creating high-converting Klaviyo campaigns. This is a remote, part-time role—perfect for someone who thrives on performance-driven design and wants consistent work.

We’re a fast-growing agency working with multiple eCommerce brands across various niches. Our clients rely on us to turn emails into revenue. Now, we need a talented designer to help us do exactly that—daily.

What You'll Do
Design 1–3 high-performing Klaviyo emails per day

Create visually appealing, on-brand designs optimized for mobile and desktop

Collaborate with our email strategist (copy provided for each campaign)

Build the emails inside Klaviyo using drag-and-drop or custom HTML (your choice)

Stay on top of design best practices and eCommerce trends

Must-Have Skills
Proficiency in Klaviyo

Strong understanding of email marketing principles and conversion-focused design

Skilled in using Klaviyo's drag-and-drop editor and/or HTML

Solid eye for layout, typography, and hierarchy

Ability to work fast and consistently with a strong design aesthetic

Nice-to-Haves
Experience with A/B testing designs

Shopify or WooCommerce email experience

Knowledge of eCommerce buyer psychology

Compensation
