Automation, Integration, BI & AI Specialist (Remote – Full Time)

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, systems-driven problem solver to join our team as an Automation, Integration, Business Intelligence, and AI Specialist. If you love connecting platforms, building automations, extracting insights from data, and experimenting with AI tools to supercharge workflows — this is the role for you.

We support fast-growing home services and sales companies in the U.S., and we’re building backend systems that scale with them.

What You'll Do:
Build and maintain automations in tools like Zapier, Make, or N8N

Connect APIs and integrate platforms (e.g., CRMs, job boards, analytics tools, spreadsheets, calendars)

Create dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio, Sheets, or other BI platforms

Set up triggers, webhooks, and error monitoring to ensure smooth automation flows

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.) to improve workflows, content creation, or applicant screening processes

Document systems and create SOPs for ongoing operations

Collaborate with recruiters, ops teams, and leadership to solve problems and improve performance

What We're Looking For:
2+ years experience in automation and systems integration

Comfortable using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or N8N

Familiar with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, APIs, and webhook logic

Experience building dashboards or business intelligence reports

Bonus: familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering

You’re reliable, resourceful, and highly detail-oriented

You can work U.S. hours (or at least overlap by 4 hours/day)
