???? Project Manager – eCommerce & Digital Delivery

We’re on the hunt for a sharp, organized, and proactive Project Manager who knows how to get things done — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple moving pieces, and isn’t afraid to own the entire lifecycle of a digital project from kickoff to post-launch.

You’ll be the glue between our creative, tech, and client teams, making sure our Shopify Plus projects don’t just launch on time — they launch with impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Manage end-to-end Shopify / Shopify Plus website and eCommerce projects with international clients
• Translate client needs into clear tasks and timelines for our devs, designers, and marketers
• Run daily standups, sprint planning, and all the agile-ish magic that keeps ---------- ntum
• Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders — no jargon, just real talk
• Make sure deadlines are hit, expectations are managed, and nobody burns out (including you)
• Keep budgets, scopes, and priorities in check — and call BS when needed

What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years of experience in project management (agency or eCom background = ????)
• You speak fluent client and fluent tech — and can translate between the two
• Experience with Shopify projects is a big plus, but not a dealbreaker
• You actually like working in structured chaos, and you know how to bring order to it
• Tools like Asana, Notion, Slack, Figma, and Google Workspace are your natural habitat
• You’re chill under pressure and don’t need hand-holding to figure stuff out
