Creative YouTube Video Scriptwriter

Are you great at telling stories, writing strong hooks, and keeping people interested? We’re looking for a scriptwriter who loves YouTube and knows how to write in a way that keeps viewers watching.

Here’s how it works:

You’ll get notes, reference links, or short Loom videos with ideas. Your job? Turn those into fun, clear, and exciting YouTube scripts (around 1,500–2,000 words each). You’ll also use past videos from our channel to help with writing.

We’ll help you grow too! You’ll get training materials and join coaching calls for feedback and improvement.

These scripts will be used for:
- Our own YouTube channel (which teaches YouTube scriptwriting)
- Our clients’ channels

It’s a big bonus if you:
- Know what makes YouTube videos engaging
- Have experience in copywriting or storytelling
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to write faster (without sounding like a robot)

Topics we cover: YouTube growth, storytelling, content creation, business, and digital marketing.

How the Hiring Process Works:
1. After applying, you’ll complete a short skill test to showcase your scriptwriting abilities.
2. If you pass, we’ll invite you to do a paid trial project ($20–$30 per script, each around 1,500–2,000 words).
3. Use the code word WITTY in your message so we know you read this.
4. If the trial goes well, we’ll bring you on at $5/hour, with opportunities for more work and growth over time.
