Smartlead Email Campaign Manager + EA

Full-Time Cold Email & Inbox Manager (Smartlead Expert | $500–$1,000+/mo | Remote)
Schedule: Full-time, late shift ending at 10 PM CET

We’re looking for a full-time Cold Email & Inbox Manager to run email campaigns and handle inboxes for us and our clients.

You must already know how to use Smartlead and Apollo. No beginners.

What You’ll Do:
Smartlead – Set up and manage campaigns (sending logic, warm-up, inbox rotation, schedules, etc.)
Lead Lists – Use Apollo, Crunchbase, and PitchBook to find leads, check their info, and keep lists clean and organized
Inbox Handling – Answer 200+ emails/day. You must reply within 5–10 minutes (except during a 1-hour dinner break)
General Tasks –
Follow up on emails
Do small tasks for two partners based in Zurich
Book meetings
Write teaser texts using our templates
Write email scripts and test emails
Support with other tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:
You already know Smartlead very well
You’re great with Apollo/Crunchbase/PitchBook
You’re fast, responsive, and can handle a lot of work
You’re smart, reliable, and learn quickly
You can work until 10 PM CET (you’ll start later in the day)
You are not working in any other job — we need full focus
