Culture-Savvy Social Media & Content Assistant

Collective Noir — a culture-forward brand and community for Black Gen Z professionals and creatives — is looking for a part-time virtual assistant who gets it. We’re not just pushing content — we’re building a movement. If you love Instagram, know how to make a Canva carousel pop, and can speak in captions that feel like the group chat but still deliver career gems, this role is for you.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Schedule 4–5 posts per week using Later
- Upload branded content using Canva templates we provide
- Write or proofread short-form captions using our tone guide
- Research and input upcoming conferences or events into a Notion tracker
- Track basic content performance (likes, shares, saves) via quarterly report
- Stay updated on Gen Z content trends and pop culture
