We’re looking for a real creative — someone with proven experience in video editing, light animation, voice-over tools, and graphic design for high-converting e-commerce ads.

? Who we’re looking for:
• 2+ years experience editing for e-commerce, fashion, or branded DTC content
• Strong graphic design skills (social ads, product graphics, visual storytelling)
• Experience with voice-over integration, AI tools, timing & sound design
• Motion graphics & light animation (text effects, transitions, explainer-style)
• Knows how to build high-converting video ads (Hook–Problem–Solution–CTA)
• Understands cold/warm/hot awareness stages
• Comfortable working fast & independently
• Excellent English skills (spoken & written)
• Team player with a creative mindset

• Scroll-stopping UGC-style ads with voice-over
• Story-driven product videos (Bleame, Goflaus, True Classic style)
• Graphic assets for ads (banners, overlays, thumbnails, carousels)
• Short-form video for TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts & Reels
• Conversion-focused visuals based on clear briefs & A/B tests
