Job Responsibilities
Customer Engagement

Respond to inquiries from global clients via email, live chat (e.g., WhatsApp, WeChat), and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) in English and Chinese (additional languages a plus).

Guide customers through product selection, pricing, and technical specifications of food industry equipment/digital solutions.

Sales Support

Assist in closing deals by preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with logistics/shipping teams.

Follow up on leads from trade shows, websites, and marketing campaigns.

After-Sales Service

Troubleshoot basic client issues, escalate technical queries to engineering teams, and ensure timely resolution.

Collect feedback to improve products/services and nurture long-term relationships.

Market Intelligence

Report trends, competitor activities, and client needs to the sales/marketing team.

Requirements
Language Skills: Fluent in English
Experience:

1+ years in international customer service, e-commerce, or B2B sales (experience in food tech/industrial equipment preferred).

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and ERP systems.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving, patience, and cultural sensitivity for global clients.

Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment.
