Web designer

I’m looking for a designer/developer to build a new website which will offer wide range of services, spanning investment management, financial planning and more. I need help in starting and completing this website. More eye catching and easy to navigate website for computer as well as phone, tablet. creating chat bots; call to action; contact pages;
listing our office's details; services etc.

We've already created some graphic design so it will not be include your task anymore. This position requires experience and I will need sample websites you have worked on and references would be great.

Once the website is launched, I need help with SEO and promotion of this website so that it starts ranking on first page of google in it's category.
