Head of Operations & Systems

Role Overview
We’re hiring a strategic and systems-focused Head of Operations & Systems to lead the transformation of our internal infrastructure, ensure team execution aligns with our business vision, and scale operational performance across various departments. This fully remote executive role is perfect for someone with hands-on EOS experience and a strong background in scaling digital-first businesses. You'll be responsible for turning high-level strategy into repeatable, actionable tasks that drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead quarterly and annual strategic planning sessions to ensure cross-functional alignment
* Translate the company vision into actionable OKRs, KPIs, and department-specific goals
* Facilitate weekly Level 10 meetings to maintain ---------- ntum, address challenges, and track performance
* Ensure that all teams are aligned with both short-term goals and long-term strategic vision
* Develop and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate operational efficiency
* Create real-time dashboards to enable leadership to make data-driven decisions
* Standardize and document internal workflows to enhance consistency and scalability
* Identify operational bottlenecks and implement systems, automation, or process improvements
* Collaborate with senior leadership to assess and optimize team structures and personnel placement
* Lead initiatives around hiring, onboarding, and employee performance evaluation
* Promote collaboration across departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and tech
* Design and implement scalable SOPs and operational playbooks to support growth
* Develop frameworks for managing a remote-first, globally distributed team
* Leverage tools like Asana, Slack, GHL, and other platforms to streamline daily operations

Mandatory Skills & Requirements
* Proven success in scaling operations within a remote company from 7 to 8 figures
* Expertise in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), including tools like VTO and Level 10 meetings
* Advanced skills in defining, tracking, and acting upon operational KPIs
* Strong background in project management, operations leadership, and system optimization
* Experience building and implementing automation and workflow systems

Preferred Skills
* Experience in wellness, education, or community-driven digital businesses
* Financial understanding, including forecasting, budgeting, and optimizing cost efficiency
* Background in fast-growth startups or tech-driven remote teams
