TELESALES AGENT

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Telesales Agent to become a valuable part of our sales team. In this role, your primary focus will be to connect with potential customers via phone, effectively promote our products and services, and successfully close sales. We are looking for someone who is persuasive, driven by achieving targets, and possesses exceptional communication abilities.


Main Responsibilities:

Initiating outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided leads.

Clearly and persuasively presenting the features and benefits of our products and services.

Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Meeting and exceeding established weekly and monthly sales goals.

Accurately documenting all calls and sales activities within our CRM system.

Following up with potential customers to finalize sales opportunities.

Contributing feedback to help refine our sales approaches and enhance customer satisfaction.



Qualification:

Demonstrated experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a sales-related field. (We also encourage recent graduates with a strong willingness to learn to apply.)

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

The ability to remain positive and motivated even when facing rejection.

Basic proficiency in computer applications, including CRM systems and Excel.

Fluency in English and Tagalog

A high school diploma or equivalent qualification (a degree is advantageous but not required).
