Wordpress Website Design and Content

I manually made the website ---------- . I want you to recreate it in Wordpress. It doesn't have to be EXACTLY the same, but close. A blog feature is essential, and I use Beehiv for newsletters, so if we can integrate that then this is ideal as well.

Before we set up an interview, I would like to know:
1. Examples of Wordpress websites you have developed
2. What recommendations you have for this project
3. What you expect the turnaround time is for this

There may be additional work for content creation in researching and writing the blog posts, if you are the right fit.
