CRM Automation Specialist

We're looking for a long-term tea ---------- mber who wants to grow with us as we expand our client base with the potential following skills:
1. CRM Experience: "Experience with insurance-specific CRMs like Agency Zoom, EZLynx, or Applied Epic"
2. Email Marketing: "Experience creating automated email sequences with conditional logic and personalization"
3. Automation Skills: "Proven ability to create multi-step Zapier workflows connecting CRMs, email platforms, and other business tools"

Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report.
2. Build a software architecture that scales for insurance agencies.
3. Write email templates for insurance agents and create the automation in their system.

Hours of work:
The hours are flexible from Monday to Friday, but we would like you to be online with us for at least two hours a week for our weekly project planning meetings.

The 40 hours include a 1-hour break for food and/or a mental break during your shift.

Days Off & Holidays:
After the 6-month probation period, you’ll qualify for 10 vacation days and unlimited sick leave. As a Christian-owned organization, we honor all religious Holidays and permit and promote them to be off and are not included in the 10 days of vacation leave. Any vacation days not used after a minimum of 12 months of working with us can be redeemed as extra bonus pay at your daily rate (8 hours of work).
