JOB OVERVIEW

We are launching an exciting new Farm Project and are currently in the planning and development stages. As part of our community outreach and marketing efforts, we are looking for a skilled Video Editor who can help us bring our vision to life through engaging video content using stock footage, licensed music, and dynamic editing.

We are not yet filming on location, so the ability to source high-quality stock footage that aligns with our script and message is essential. Experience with explainer-style animations is a big plus but not required.

We’re looking for someone who can:

Create commercial-style videos (1–3 minutes) for ads and social media.

Produce longer explainer videos (3–10 minutes) that educate and engage.

Edit with storytelling in mind, using stock footage, text overlays, voiceover/music syncing, and smooth transitions.

Optionally incorporate basic or advanced animation explainer techniques (e.g. motion graphics, character animation, kinetic typography).

Collaborate with us to interpret our scripts and make creative recommendations.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and/or animation skills.

Experience working with stock footage and royalty-free music.

Proficient in editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

Can work independently and deliver high-quality, polished videos.

Communicates clearly and can take direction/feedback.

To Apply:

Please send:

A short cover message introducing yourself.

Links to your portfolio or sample videos that reflect the styles listed above.

Let us know your specialty (e.g., animation, stock video editing, commercial ads, etc.).

Your expected rate (hourly or fixed per video).

We’re excited to find a creative partner to help us tell our story!
