An established IT firm in India is looking for a Digital Marketing expert to manage all search engine optimisation and social media marketing activities for our numerous clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Working knowledge of Keyword Research and Analysis, On page & Off Page Optimization, Content Optimization, Local and international Business Listing, Site Map, Robot.txt, Search Engine Indexing, Link Building and SEO Reporting and Analysis.
Social Media Optimization & Marketing (SMO&SMM): Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and YouTube marketing strategies, Corporate Blogging, Graphics/Videos Creation, Online reputation management and monitoring, Content Strategy & Marketing.
Online Advertising-:Search, Display and Rich Media Advertising, Hands on experience with PPC, Google Adwords Campaign Structure Optimization and Management, Reporting and Analysis. Basic Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing.
Web Analytics: To analyze website traffic, revenue, pages/session, bounce rate, study the user experiences and behavior on the website and making changes accordingly.
Content Management: To create and post content as Search Engine best practices.
Website Content Testing: Good knowledge of set up A/B and multivariate experiments in Google Website Optimizer.
Website Management: To review and manage the quality of content, creative and user friendly.Online Reputation and Brand Management.Building and managing online groups, forums, communities and social networks.
Strategic Planning: Establishing own goals and of the team to match corporate goals, short term and long term budget and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals.
Email Marketing: Basic Knowledge of Email Marketing.
Expertise in Paid ads: Using platforms like google adwords and facebook ad platform.
Education and Competencies:
Minimum 2 years of proven relevant work experience.
Relevant certification course is an advantage.
Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.)
Experience with email marketing tool: Mailchimp.
