Role Overview:
As a Google Ads + META Specialist at Collabrium, you will be crucial in strategizing, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns for our clients. Your in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and META, keen analytical skills, and creative thinking will be essential in driving traffic, leads, and conversions to help our clients succeed in the competitive online marketplace.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage effective Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve key metrics like CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in the digital marketing landscape, and apply this knowledge to enhance campaign strategies.
- Develop and execute highly effective and ROI-focused social media advertising strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Take ownership of end-to-end campaign management, from strategic planning and audience targeting to ad creation, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
- Leverage your deep understanding of social media advertising tools and platforms to drive campaign success and exceed client expectations.
- Conduct comprehensive target audience research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and segment campaigns effectively.
- Analyse performance metrics and KPIs to derive actionable insights, make data-driven decisions, and deliver regular performance reports to clients.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Google Ads + META Specialist, managing successful campaigns across various industries.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, including Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and other relevant digital marketing tools (e.g. SemRush)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with tea ---------- mbers and clients.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Up to date Google Ads certifications
- Proven track record of at least five years in successfully managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns for diverse clients and industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results and a strong ROI.
- Extensive experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance and present insightful reports to clients.
- Excellent knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies to drive personalized ad experiences.
- Strong understanding of ad formats, bidding strategies, and budget allocation for various social media platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads certifications).
- Experience in managing large advertising budgets and achieving significant ROI for clients.
- Knowledge of the latest social media advertising trends and emerging platforms.
- Previous experience in mentoring and guiding junior tea ---------- mbers.
