Virtual Assistant – Internal Operations & Marketing Support (Remote Business Coaching Company)
Location: Remote
Type: Part-Time (10–20 hrs/week to start)
Compensation: Hourly (based on experience)
About Us
We help regular people launch profitable remote cleaning businesses they can run from their phone. Our systems handle ads, automation, and hiring — our clients just follow the playbook. As we grow, we’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our internal operations, marketing, and client success systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
Marketing Support & Ad Management
Assist with organizing Meta ad data and performance reports
Help upload creatives, monitor ad comments, and flag issues
Support basic research on competitor ads or market trends
Client Support Tasks
Organize onboarding spreadsheets and monitor client progress
Send follow-up messages or reminders to clients (via
Help manage communication channels
CRM & Data Entry
Update lead and client info inside GoHighLevel
Maintain accurate tracking docs for sales, outreach, and client status
Run simple checks to confirm automations and follow-ups are working
General Admin & Operations
Execute SOPs for repetitive internal tasks (e.g., weekly updates, reporting)
Assist with organizing files, templates, and resources
Support miscellaneous admin tasks that free up leadership focus
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience as a VA, admin assistant, or marketing support
Fast and accurate with Google Sheets and CRMs (GoHighLevel is a bonus)
Strong communication skills (written and professional tone)
Self-directed, organized, and reliable with deadlines
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms (Meta Ads, Zapier, BookingKoala, etc.)
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Familiarity with remote business models or online coaching offers
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Zapier, or GoHighLevel
Knowledge of project management tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Airtable
