Virtual Assistant – Detail-Oriented Content Specialist (Remote Education Startup)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are a fast-growing, innovative education startup, seeking a motivated, proactive, and meticulous Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines. This position is designed for someone who enjoys structured, detail-focused tasks and takes pride in consistently delivering accurate and timely results.

This remote position allows you to work flexibly from home; however, you must meet strict deadlines and demonstrate strong self-management and organisational skills.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Precision Copying & Pasting:
- Accurately transfer content from Word documents into clearly formatted PowerPoint presentations.
- Maintain consistent formatting standards throughout.

2. Quiz Data Management:
- Competently manage provided CSV files to systematically upload questions to quiz platforms, specifically:
- Kahoot
- Quizizz
- Blooket

3. Strategic Image Placement:
-Thoughtfully and accurately insert pre-generated images into quizzes across Kahoot, Quizizz, and Blooket platforms.

All text content and images will be fully prepared in advance—your challenge is ensuring perfect execution every time!

REQUIREMENTS (STRICTLY ENFORCED):
- Your own reliable computer or laptop.
- An active subscription to Microsoft Office 365.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Reliable and high-speed internet access.
- Demonstrated ability to manage your own schedule and consistently meet deadlines without supervision.

CAREER & GROWTH POTENTIAL:
Initial commitment: 1 day per week (8 hours), with rapid potential growth up to 5 days per week based on your demonstrated abilities.

Pay rates are reviewed and increased for exceptional performance after an initial 3-month probation period.

Long-term, high-performing candidates may move into management positions, overseeing and mentoring a team.
