Job Purpose:
To create visually compelling and engaging video content that aligns with the Dark Horse Rowing brand, both for YouTube and our paid products.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Edit and produce up to 4 YouTube videos per month, including thumbnails.
- Edit up to 20-30 shorter 1-3 minute videos for other platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure the storytelling aspect is on point.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in storytelling through video editing.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects or Da Vinci Resolve
- Knowledgeable in ---------- and Notion
- Highly skilled at creating YouTube thumbnails that resonate with the story and title.
