What You’ll Do:

Enter daily financial transactions into QuickBooks

Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations

Review basic Profit & Loss reports and support month-end review

Learn to keep financial records organized and up-to-date

Work closely with a supportive team who will guide your training

What We’re Looking For:

No prior bookkeeping experience needed – just a willingness to learn

Basic computer skills and comfort with numbers

Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills and a positive attitude
