Responsibilities:

Enter transactions into QuickBooks accurately and timely

Perform monthly bank reconciliations

Review Profit & Loss statements and related reports

Assist in maintaining clean and organized financial records

Follow up on any discrepancies with the team

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping principles

Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required — training will be provided

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Good communication skills

Reliable and self-motivated
