Executive Virtual Assistant – Lead Gen, Content, Marketing, Real Estate

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and highly organized Executive Virtual Assistant to join our fast-growing team. This is a dynamic role that involves supporting various business needs—ranging from lead generation and content creation to email marketing and real estate outreach.

This role will start at 25 hours per week, with the potential to grow to 40 hours per week based on performance and fit.

Pay will range from $4 to $9 USD per hour, depending on experience and skill level.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach
-Research and qualify leads (eCommerce, real estate)
-Send cold emails, DMs, and SMS using provided templates
-Track leads and follow-ups using Notion or CRM tools

Content Creation & Social Media Marketing
-Edit short-form videos using CapCut
-Write captions and schedule posts
-Repurpose content for email and SMS marketing


Email Marketing
-Set up and send campaigns using Mailchimp
-Create simple landing pages and email forms
-Track open rates, clicks, and performance

Website Support
-Update Shopify, PageFly, or WordPress pages
-Assist with landing pages

Real Estate Outreach & Lead Support
-Search for potential leads (buyers/sellers)
-Send outreach messages via email or SMS
-Organize and manage responses in a pipeline
