Marketing Virtual Assistant

We are working with a Women's Identity Mentor who empowers women to shed outdated identities and step into their true selves. Her work, which is focused on launching her new program "Becoming Her Again," involves guiding women through a transformative journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

Role Purpose:

This role is less about technical skills and more about personality fit and strategic alignment. The ideal VA will be a strong partner to the mentor, providing not just task execution but also strategic input and guidance. The VA will be able to understand the mentor's vision, think critically about marketing and launch plans, and confidently provide feedback and direction.

Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:
Proficiently use Go High Level for funnels, landing pages, payments, emails, and automations.
Familiarity with Kajabi is a bonus (open to switching platforms if needed).

Marketing & Launch Tasks:
Social media scheduling.
Light video editing (Reels) and graphic creation using templates.
Meta Ads: setup and basic management.
Use pre-written copy for emails and posts.
Build and schedule newsletters.
Lead magnet delivery and email list management.
Launch setup and execution.

Recurring Weekly Tasks:
Manage and maintain launch content.
Create and schedule weekly newsletters.
Comment on new Instagram followers.
Message new followers via DM.
Create one short-form video per week.
Update the WhatsApp community with event information and reminders.

Launch Support:
Support all launch materials and workflows for the "Becoming Her Again" program.

Working Hours:
Ideally, Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PHT (with a 30-minute break).
Open to flexibility for the right person.
