Summary of the opportunity
Rocket Pilots is a highly specialized Digital Marketing company. We are vertically focused on Law Firms. We provide comprehensive SEO campaigns with a focus on Local, Google Ads, LSA Management, Web Design and Web Development to Law Firms.

We are a boutique agency, separating ourselves from the competition by providing high end customer service and a unique approach to Local SEO. Clients appreciate our high level of expertise, honesty, accountability and our ability to demonstrate past relatable results.

We are seeking a Full Time Sales Development Representative to set high quality appointments for the sales team.

The position will require a high volume of outbound phone calls, quick response times to inbound leads and meticulous CRM Management (GoHighLevel)

The position will require a strong command of the English language.

The position will entail the following duties:

The ability to prioritize which leads to call first in GoHighLevel
Rapid response times to inbound leads.
Persistently calling inbound leads to schedule appointments.
Meticulous management of CRM updates.
Reviewing Law Firm online profiles to identify firms that match our ideal client profile.
Calling opportunities and leads that are going colder.
When all Warm Leads have been called, transition to cold calls.
Understand ICP and add cold leads to CRM for cold calling.
Review Zoo ---------- eting AI Transcriptions for talk track to use on follow up calls.
Work with Marketing for custom outreach campaigns.
A high volume of daily calls.

Candidates must possess the following qualities and skills:

Excellent English and phone voice
Experience with inside sales and appointment setting
Experience using a CRM
Expertise in objection handling
Qualifying the lead prior to sending to the sales representative
Knowledge in Digital Marketing is a huge plus
Experience setting appointments with Law Firms is a huge plus
Comfortable with a remote workplace
The aptitude to learn and a positive attitude!

You will work with the marketing team as well. The position includes a base pay and commissions on appointments set.
