? ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a soul-smart strategist — someone who can take content, course launches, and community building… and bring it all to life across social media.

You’ll partner closely with the founder to manage pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases — bringing structure, visibility, and engagement to our digital ecosystem.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow into a core tea ---------- mber, not just a temporary gig.

???? RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and manage the content calendar around launches and campaigns

Collaborate with a video editor to schedule and post short-form content

Write on-brand captions, pick hashtags, and prep posts in Notion/Buffer

Engage with the community: reply to comments, DMs, and brand mentions

Implement a social media outreach strategy on LinkedIn, IG, and FB

Track metrics weekly and suggest improvements

Repurpose video content into carousels, stories, and written posts

Coordinate with email and funnel launch timelines

? YOU’RE A FIT IF YOU:
Have 2+ years experience in social media management or digital marketing

Have supported online launches (course, coaching, or digital product)

Write well in English — clean, clear, human

Are self-led, organized, and detail-oriented

Love both strategy and execution

Understand the personal development, coaching, or transformation space (or are curious)
