We are seeking an organized and motivated Estimator to prepare proposals for our Fire and Life Safety clients across California. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and effective service preparation, acting as the bridge between customers and our service team to ensure exceptional service delivery. On-the-job training and ongoing guidance will be provided by our Senior Estimator.

You must be available to work Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (UTC-7, Los Angeles), which corresponds to 12:00 midnight – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8) the next calendar day.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Engage with clients and technicians via phone and email to accurately understand customer service needs and provide timely estimates.
Estimate Preparation: Carefully assess work order requirements to prepare detailed estimates, ensuring they meet client needs and company standards.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with our on-shore team, ensuring they are fully informed about the scope and specifics of pending jobs to enhance service execution.
Record Keeping: Maintain precise and up-to-date records of client requests, proposals provided, and follow-up communications.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any discrepancies in service estimates or client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
