About Us
We’re a real estate photography business based in the Central Time Zone, dedicated to delivering top-notch visuals to our clients. We take pride in our work, enjoy what we do, and believe in building a supportive and collaborative team. We're now looking for a Virtual Assistant who shares our values and is excited to help us stay efficient and client-focused.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Acquisition: Use our social media methods to help connect with potential clients and maintain relationships with current ones.
- Photo Submission for Editing: Submit daily photos to our editors by 9 PM CT to ensure timely return for next-morning delivery.
- Quality Control & Photo Delivery: Review and deliver photos in the early morning (CT) after they are returned by our editors.
- Retouch Requests: Handle photo retouching requests throughout the day to ensure client satisfaction.
- Minor Photo Retouch: Edit images when sending retouch request would take longer.
- DMs,
- Other Tasks as Assigned: Be open to miscellaneous tasks that support the team.
What is required
- English Comprehension: Excellent Communication skills in English including writing and speaking
- Working Time: Must be available during United State Central Time hours. Ideally, you can complete tasks during both 5–10 a.m. CT and 5–9 p.m. CT depending on the task requirements.
- Hours Per Day: Able to work 4 hours per weekday (limited flexible hours within aforementioned working time) and optional 1 hour on each day of the weekend.

What is preferred:
- Real estate photo editing experience: experience as a real estate editor or currently working part-time for a real estate editor is preferred!
- Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut: proficiency in these programs or other video editing software is a plus!
